Umbrella Services

Our Umbrella Company, Carrington Management Services Limited (CMS) has been operating since 2000. We provide a service for those contractors on short-term contracts or who are unsure of long term plans.

CMS issues invoices on the contractor’s behalf, collects payments from the client’s agency, calculates tax and N.I contributions and pays the contractor their net pay direct to their personal bank account. CMS process and advise on expenses. Contractors therefore have minimum paper work.

An umbrella company allows you to claim bona fide expenses, which means more pay in your pocket. You have no admin, no commitment, no hassle and no limited company statutory or legislative worries and responsibilities.

All Umbrella clients are essentially classified as our employees, and for this reason, as their employer, we have a substantial responsibility towards them.
