Over the last year Carrington Accountancy have been striving to embrace most forms of social media. We started pretty much from scratch and it has been an interesting and fun learning curve. We have also recognised that many of our clients love to interact with us using various social media and we have been able to provide some useful information and updates to our clients via Twitter, Linked In and Facebook. With Facebook in mind we decided to see if we could encourage our clients to become fans on our facebook page with the offer of a one off discount on fees. This launched on Valentines Day and we have been amazed at the positive response. We increased our fans by 50% in 24 hours and also got some great recommendations.
