New All Inclusive Monthly Service

Further to us launching our Suggestion Box a few months ago, we have taken on board your suggestions for a more comprehensive and inclusive monthly accounting service. We are therefore thrilled to launch our new Premium Accounting Service, which includes a number of benefits that we would otherwise charge for during the life of your Limited Company.

This new Premier Service is by far the most all-embracing and value-added service available to contractors at this time from any accountancy firm. It’s ideal for the contractor who wants the ease of instructing their accountants to handle their affairs without the hassle of making provision to pay additional fees on an ad-hoc basis.

As all our Accountancy fees can be claimed as a business expense, the slight increase above the normal standard package is immaterial, in comparison to the further gain.

Our new Premium Service includes the following:

• Unlimited IR35 Contract Reviews (Usually £175 + VAT per review)
  As HMRC continues to clamp down on non-IR35 compliant contractors, we will review your contract and offer our expert advice as to whether your contract falls within or outside of the current legislation.
• Self Assessment (Saving of up to £300 + VAT and the added tax relief)
  As a director, HMRC requires all directors to file a personal tax return every year, usually this service is charged at an additional fee as its related to personal tax, however in most cases you will need an accountant to calculate this for you anyway, so as part of this service package we will include 1 free self assessment per year.
• Unlimited Mortgage and Rental References (Usually £65 +VAT)
  A Mortgage Provider or Estate Agent may require an accountant’s letter and additional information about your limited company and company accounts. We will do this free of charge no matter how many times you require a letter to be drafted
• Unlimited Shareholding Changes (Usually £50 +VAT per change)
  We will assist your company in amending its shareholding and offering advice in this area, as many times during the year as required without any additional charges
• Invaluable HMRC Investigation Support (Usually £150 + VAT per hour + any travel costs)
  An HMRC investigation can be a very expensive experience that can be very disruptive and intrusive, not to mention a prolonged process if not handled professionally. This support will make provision for your accountant to attend your initial HMRC visit and assist in related correspondence.
• Complimentary Appointment with an Independent Financial Planner
  Do you know where you are heading financially? Sometimes the truth about your money can be painful. We recommend all our contractors meet with a qualified Independent Financial Planner to review your financial circumstances and plan for your financially independent future, where work is an option and not a necessity!
