Wealth Management
A lot of investors hold their investments through several different companies, do not receive a consolidated statement of all their investments and have no idea what their asset allocation model is. This leads to higher charges and potentially poor performance.
Carrington can provide a full active management service for all of your assets. The Wealth Management Service is based around your objectives and is available to those clients with overall investable assets of at least £100,000.
Carrington will seek to provide the best returns possible based on an asset allocation model formulated from a client’s attitude to risk. This is done through a robust research process, years of experience of managing money and set criteria for selecting the chosen investments. Where it is in the clients best interests they will look to consolidate investments in one place, to ease administration and reduce charges.
As well as looking at the investments held Carrington will also look at the correct product or framework to hold assets in, taking particular care to make sure the client is taking advantage of all tax efficient investments, based on their circumstances.
Carrington actively manage the investments they advise on and provide ongoing advice on the funds chosen, recommending switches when necessary. This strategy reduces the chance of clients being left in funds that do not perform over the long term.
Areas that the Wealth Management Service can be applied to:
- Onshore Investments – ISA’s, Unit Trusts, OEIC’s.
- Investment Bonds
- Offshore Investment Bonds
- SIPP’s
- Personal Pensions
